For the relaunch of this well renowned Belgian beer, we had the distinct privilege of bringing its epic creation myth to life — A tale replete with war, beer witches, Norbertine monks, and yes, the fiery phoenix, whose rejuvenating flames (like a strong abbey beer) burn but never consume.
